There are loads of safelists online that you can use to send your email messages out to other members. The question is, is it worth your time and effort?

One of the biggest issues with safelists is the fact that each one usually only has a few hundred members. Imagine getting the same emails every day, trying to sell you the same thing.

Now many people join as many lists as they can find, using the same email addresses for each one. So they will login to there email account once a day and delete all there emails, and then send there emails out to all the members of all the lists. The issue here is everyone does this. So not only are you sending the same offer to the same people multiple times a day, no one reads them.

If you have been thinking about using one of those online services that will sign you up to all the safelists and send your email out everyday from each list, don’t waste your money. Again they are using the same lists to sign the same people up to so you are still sending your email advertisements to the same people over and over again.

While all the free safelists online are pretty much not worth your time or effort. There are paid safelist programs that still work rather well. These programs charge everyone who uses them. And when people pay for something they take it seriously.

So how to you find the good safelists and stay away from the bad ones. This is actually very simple. If the safelist offers a free membership, stay away it is not worth your time. On the other end if they want to charge you over $100 stay away. The $100 program isn’t worth anymore than the $15 program. Some people even sell memberships for $200.

When looking for paid safelists to join try and find ones that let you put your contextual ads and banner ads on there site. It is a perk and most of these sites have good traffic so you get people clicking on your ads.

Another point to remember about advertising online is that no one advertising program is going to make you succeed online. Use the safelist advertising but also use all other forms of advertising you can find. The more different types of advertising you use, the better the chances for your success.
